Every AVEN watch is backed by a 12-month limited international warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Watch movement malfunction
  • Crown or push-button defects
  • Manufacturing defects of the watch case
  • Defects in hands or dial
  • Mechanical issues not caused by misuse

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches on the case or crystal
  • Damage caused by accidents or impacts
  • Water damage caused by improper use beyond the stated water resistance
  • Battery replacement (Quartz models)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Leather straps, rubber straps, or bracelets worn through normal use

Warranty Claims

If you experience a manufacturing defect during the warranty period:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide photos or a short video showing the issue.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide a replacement part, replacement watch, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.


Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on their country.

Replacement shipping from AVEN may be covered depending on the warranty claim.


Exclusions

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official AVEN store.
