Ring Size Guide
Choosing the correct ring size is essential for the best comfort, accurate health tracking, and everyday wear.
Please follow the guide below to measure your finger before placing your order.

How to Measure Your Ring Size
Step 1 — Wrap Around Your Finger
Take a thin strip of paper, string, or flexible measuring tape and wrap it comfortably around the finger where you plan to wear your smart ring.
Tip: The ring should fit snugly, but not too tight.
Step 2 — Mark the Overlap
Use a pen to mark the point where the two ends meet.
This measurement represents your finger's circumference.
Step 3 — Measure the Length
Lay the paper or string flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler.
Compare your measurement with the size chart below.

Helpful Tips
- Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is at its largest.
- Avoid measuring immediately after exercise or in very cold weather, as finger size can temporarily change.
- If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
- For the most accurate health tracking, the ring should fit securely without causing discomfort.
